วิธีขอลบข้อมูล Messenger หรือ Instagram
ผู้ใช้ Facebook Messenger หรือ Instagram Direct สามารถขอให้ MorningKiss ตรวจสอบและลบข้อมูล Messaging Intelligence ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง
วิธีส่งคำขอ
- ส่งข้อความถึงเพจ Facebook ของ MorningKiss จากบัญชี Messenger ที่ใช้ติดต่อร้าน หรือส่ง Direct Message ถึง Instagram @morningkiss_shop จากบัญชีเดิม
- พิมพ์ข้อความ “ขอลบข้อมูลข้อความ” และระบุช่องทาง Messenger หรือ Instagram
- แจ้งช่วงวันและเวลาโดยประมาณ ข้อความสั้น ๆ ที่จำได้ หรือประเภทไฟล์แนบที่เคยส่ง และบริบท referral/โฆษณาเฉพาะเมื่อทราบ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ช่วยค้นหาระเบียนแบบนามแฝงได้อย่างปลอดภัย
- รอ MorningKiss ตอบกลับทางบทสนทนาเดิมเพื่อยืนยันคำขอและแจ้งผล
ข้อมูลที่ไม่ควรส่ง
ห้ามส่งรหัสผ่าน OTP, access token, App Secret, Page Access Token, เลขบัตร หรือข้อมูลทางการเงิน
MorningKiss ไม่ต้องการข้อมูลเหล่านี้เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอลบข้อมูล
การตรวจสอบและดำเนินการ
Meta Messaging Intelligence Inbox ใช้รหัสบทสนทนาแบบนามแฝงแยกตามช่องทาง ไม่เก็บ Facebook sender ID แบบดิบ และไม่เก็บ Instagram sender ID แบบดิบ จึงไม่สามารถจับคู่ตัวตนด้วยปุ่มเดียวได้ MorningKiss จะตรวจสอบคำขอผ่านบทสนทนาเดิมและบริบท ที่ไม่อ่อนไหวซึ่งผู้ร้องขอให้มา แล้วจึงระบุระเบียนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เมื่อยืนยันขอบเขตได้ MorningKiss จะตรวจรวมทั้งข้อมูล Meta Messaging Intelligence, ข้อความและไฟล์ Messenger ที่เก็บในพื้นที่ส่วนตัว ชื่อเรียก/ชื่อโปรไฟล์ที่เก็บแบบเข้ารหัส รหัส Messenger ที่เก็บแบบเข้ารหัส และระเบียน Sales Attribution ที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วดำเนินการลบหรือจำกัดข้อมูล ตามขอบเขตที่ยืนยันได้ และแจ้งผลผ่านช่องทางเดิมโดยเร็ว หากจำเป็นต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนตามหน้าที่ทางกฎหมายหรือ เพื่อความปลอดภัย MorningKiss จะแจ้งเหตุผลและจำกัดข้อมูลไว้เท่าที่จำเป็น
โดยปกติข้อความดิบ ไฟล์ Messenger และชื่อโปรไฟล์จาก Meta จะหมดอายุภายใน 180 วัน ส่วนผล attribution ทางธุรกิจอาจถูกเก็บแยกจากข้อมูลดิบและจะพิจารณาตามคำขอที่ยืนยันแล้ว

Send “Messaging data deletion request” to the MorningKiss Facebook Page from the Messenger account used to contact us, or to Instagram @morningkiss_shop from the Instagram account used to contact us. Include an approximate date/time and a short, non-sensitive message excerpt or attachment type. Never send passwords, tokens, OTPs, or financial credentials.
MorningKiss will verify the request, identify relevant pseudonymous Meta Messaging Intelligence records, complete the supported deletion process, and communicate the outcome through the same contact channel. Limited information may be retained only where legally or security-required.
